Signature Criteria:
The skater''s club membership must be in good standing (current with no outstanding debt owed to the organization). The officer is required by USFSA to validate your membership before signing the form.
If an officer cannot be found at the rink, the member may leave the test or competition form in the club box loctaed in the pro shop. An officer will sign it within 2 business days, and the member may pick up the form in the pro shop.
If a signature is required in shorter than 2 business days, then arrangements must be made with a specific officer in obtaining the signature or validation statement. Officers will do their best to accomodate members, but officers may not be available on short notice. |
