Starz of Houston Figure skating Club hosts multiple USFSA test sessions throughout the year. To sign up, download the Testing Application and fill out the information.  Return the application with payment to the FSC box in the Aerodrome Pro Shop or mail it to the address below.

USFSA Testing Information

  • Refunds are only given for a medical excuse from a doctor or a death in the family. If a skater cancels before the test session and the test chair is able to find a replacement, a refund will be issued.

  • A late fee of $25.00 is due with a testing form turned in after the deadline. The deadline for each test session is 30 days before the test date.

    •
  • If a skater is taking a contingent test and does not pass the underlying test, the contingent test fee will be retained by the club for the ice already reserved for the test session.
If you miss a Starz of Houston FSC session or just need to take a test immediately, you may choose to test at another club. In order to better serve our club members, we are no longer able to waive the out-of-club test fee for local clubs. We apologize for the inconvenience but have found it necessary to combat rising costs.
