Starz of Houston FSC Testing Guidelines
Refunds are only given for a medical excuse from a doctor or a death in the family. If a skater cancels before the test session and the test chair is able to find a replacement, a refund will be issued.
A late fee of $25.00 is due with a testing form turned in after the deadline. The deadline for each test session is 30 days before the test date.
If a skater is taking a contingent test and does not pass the underlying test, the contingent test fee will be retained by the club for the ice already reserved for the test session.
